Instructions for use:
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, take a service of 50 grams (2 dispensers) with water or milk.
For preparation in the form of a milkshake:
Mix a service of 50 grams (2 dispensers) with 250 ml of water or milk.
Mix for 30 seconds with a hand or electric mixer and drink directly.
For cream preparation:
Mix a service of 50 grams (2 dispensers) with 180 ml of hot water or milk.
Mix well with a fork or bar until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Wait 3 minutes before drinking.
It can be sweetened with honey and can also be accompanied with nuts and/or fruit.
The quantities of the mixture can vary according to the personal tastes of each individual.
